Mauli Community - The Consecrated Space of Oneness.
What is a Mauli ?
Mauli is a Sanskrit term meaning mother, root, or the source from which life and values grow. It signifies nurturance, grounding, and conscious responsibility.
Being a mauli means living as a conscious root, stable within and supportive outwardly. It enhances self awareness, emotional balance, and clarity while nurturing compassion and responsibility toward society.
A transforming initiative of Bodhmarga, the Mauli Community encourages people to embody this essence becoming a caring presence for themselves, others, and society. The community, which has its roots in the pathways of sharing, seva, and sangha, leads individuals of all ages toward harmony and peace by striking a balance between personal development and selfless deeds, particularly via helping children and others in need

Joy of Being a Mauli
The Mauli Community uses shared experiences and collective service to build lasting connections throughout the community. Through seva, people come together in selfless action; through sangha, they expand understanding and consciousness in supportive groups; and through sharing, people exchange time, wisdom, and resources. These three pillars enable people to connect beyond differences and create ties based on empathy and a common goal by fostering a sense of belonging, fostering trust, and eradicating alienation.
Being a mauli enhances self awareness by aligning one’s inner state with conscious action. It nurtures emotional balance, clarity, and a deeper understanding of oneself while cultivating compassion for others. Through seva, a mauli actively contributes to societal well-being; through sharing, they become a source of support and inspiration; and through sangha, they remain anchored in awareness and continuous learning. This holistic growth enables individuals to live with purpose, humility, and inner peace.
Roots of Service for Peace Within and Around Us
True peace in society begins with peace within the individual. The Mauli Community emphasizes that sustained service arises from inner awareness, not obligation.
A deeper sense of fulfillment, inner peace, and purpose are all brought about by this integrated manner of living.
