To be in Ease state (Sahaj) is to

  • Simply be present
  • Observe
  • Accept whatever situations, circumstances and people that come in your life.

We must not force or resist things and changes which come in our life. Once we have no resistance, you will be surprised that you will be able to face the challenges with so much ease and calmness.

This seems pretty simple but to actually practice it on our own is very difficult. So we take help of Masters (Gurus) who have been able to practice and attain this state and by seeking their grace it becomes possible to practice and be in Ease state.

Once you are in Ease, People and situations around you will begin to align and you will feel light, joyful and a feeling of gratitude towards life.
